– They worked hard to accommodate my needs and were very quick at responding – they found a solution for me, even though the issue was less than 24 hours after I contacted them.

– The staff is nice! From setting up meetings promptly when I’m in town from overseas to always being helpful when it came down to negotiating prices with other companies before signing on for my lease.

– The concierge, who will hold packages for you (for free) and locations of local amenities (delis, cafes, etc). – The atmosphere is great, it’s a comfortable place to work and meet with my team.
– Staff is very friendly and helpful. In terms of customer service they are second to none – they find the best deals for you, help you turn your ideas into reality, and have time to help you out when necessary. They know exactly what you need and will work their tail off to get it for you
– Online portal – helps manage everything from access key codes to building maintenance schedules. You can also manage lock deliveries and notifications via email
– They have a high ceiling in the area I needed so space is never an issue.
